Return Policy
We do want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Your order can be returned within 30 days of shipment. We do reserve the right to charge up to 15% for restocking. We will only accept packages unused products in new condition in original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Call our Business Consultants at 1.800.726.7334 between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST
- You will receive a return number and instructions within 2 business days
- Your order must be returned in its original condition inclusive of original packaging and any accessories if included.
- Be sure the RMA number is on the shipping label only. Please do not write the RMA number on the box.

- Software purchases
